Why do you tag things as queue stuff? What's the difference with material that's queued and not queued?

I think it's more of a habit than anything else. That's how I tag things on my personal blog as well. There's no difference in the actual material that's posted, but it does let my followers know if I'm actually online or not . If my blog has been running on a queue for several hours, obviously I'm not here ;)
