The difference between an affirmation and lying ! ✨️

When i was a non-believer in manifestation, my justification would be "you see people who tell themselves and others that they're something they're not all the time and it doesnt manifest into their reality, so that means manifestation isnt real!" So, in this post, I'll be explaining to others who have or used to have this mindset and can't explain what changed. Including what the difference is between people who say they're something they're not and people who manifest! Xx
We've all been around people who are deeply insecure and have picked up on how some of them say things that contradict who they really are visually. Such as (DO NOT READ ON IF ANYTHING TO DO WITH BODY IMAGE TRIGGERS YOU!!!), "Im losing so much weight, im a size small in my clothing." Meanwhile, a size S is too tight, and they haven't changed whatsoever.
This is where the confusion comes in. People think that statements like this coming from these people are affirmations...they're not and ill tell you why.
People who lie to themselves and others about who they are with statements like this are doing it purposely to hide who they are or to gasslight others because, as i said, they're deeply insecure. They're telling themselves they're not who they really are because they want a distraction. Not because they know then can just decide and therefore be/get. They're telling themselves they are something they're convinced is unavailable to them, THATS the difference.
Somebody who is manifesting is telling themselves they are something because they KNOW its available to them. They know that its the 4D that shapes the 3D. They know the universe and what she can bring to them. They dont feel jealousy as much when they see those who have what they want because they know that the universe has sent the person as proof that the thing they want is avaliable to them, because if something is avaliable for someone else, it is avaliable to you too. If it exists in one person's physical reality, what makes it impossible for another?
Whereas, people who are simply insecure dont manifest what they want because the reason they're telling others and themselves that they have it is to intentionally distract themselves from the fact that they currently dont, which is what separates it from an affirmation. In fact, this "knowingness" that they're intentionally distracted from is whats holding them back from getting what they actually want. They have to lie, and they know they're lying because they think they can not have the thing.
There's the difference! If you've read this far, thank you, and I really hope this helps anyone who might want/need it. Have an amazing day!!! <3
