Salad weather is here! I made a Cobb salad and it was such a hit I think we ate them for three days straight. Last night I made chicken/bacon wraps (while doing a pork loin and more hard boiled eggs in two of the instant pots). I also did a test run of a creamy Parmesan mushroom/bacon sauce (hard to please everyone in this house- so many picky eaters). Paul had grilled up almost four pounds of burgers (with the mushrooms/bacon and onions cooked in) and now Izzy want a burger at every meal! “Hamburger hamburger” I need ideas for big batches of meals so I can avoid being stuck in the kitchen. #batchcooking #pickyeaters #mansalad (at Spokane Valley, Washington)
