Steamed Purple Sweet Potato Buns

Kali ini Zingga Nusantara akan berbagi tips soal bahan dan cara membuat steamed purple sweet potato buns (mantao) cup steamed purple sweet potatoes chunks

Recipe :

– 2 cups all purpose flour – 1 tsp instant yeast – 2 tbsp cane sugar – 1/2 cup warm soy milk

How To Processing :

Cut the purple sweet potatoes into chunks, steam for about 15 minutes. Let it cool then mash along with sugar.

– In a large bowl add flour and instant yeast, mix. Add milk, quick mix. Add mashed potatoes, mix well. – Knead the dough untill, smooth and soft for 15 minutes. – Set aside in a warm place for 1 hour untill the dough has double in size. – Roll into a thin rectangular shape. – Roll up the dough. – Slice into 1 inch round. – Cover, let the dough rest for about 15-30 minutes. – Steam for 15 minutes.
