Notes on this comic:

You might find it trite, but Tiana is based on a woman I knew (who passed away some years ago), and I felt it better to “report” her sentiments rather than try to crowbar my (most likely) well-intended but ill-informed “funny” perspective on her.

I hesitate to call her trans* (because she would call herself a “Molly” with a wink and a snark, coz that’s the kind of person she was), but if you DO want some quality comics with a trans* perspective, then I recommend these two:

Can you reccommend any webcomics that deal with sexuality and gender identity? I have a few that I read, but I want more

That is something I’m always on the hunt for too but I definitely recommend reading @gqutie and @mantimecomic both done by really awesome people.

There’s also manga that I’ll recommend too: Shimanami Tasogare, and Wandering Son. Both are very good!

And checking out anything on @lgbtwebcomics they have everything nicely organized and they’re also really great!
