In the vein of "Inktober" I propose in 2023 we do "manuary" where every day you draw a different featherless biped
“This might just be some fun after all!”
So, one of the things I’ve been planning for this year has been “Manuary,” which is my attempt to challenge myself to draw more male characters and different styles.
I’ve made a list of about 50 characters, but this list may expand or contract.(Also, despite the name, this won’t be just a January thing. I’m keeping this pretty relaxed and flexible, and today this was my warm up. (Are warm ups supposed to last 2+ hours?) Anyway, here are Puck and Owen Burnett from Gargoyles, which was my big fandom around age 12 (in addition to Sailor Moon.) There are also a surprisingly large number of characters voiced by some of the Star Trek TNG cast in it! If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend it.

Thank you for this blog. I don't feel like a man. Men aren't suppost to long for the love of their life. Men aren't suppost to long for the day a girl chooses him instead of the other way around. Men aren't suppost to long for the day they marry. Men aren't suppost to long for the day that a child is announced. Men aren't suppost to long for a lifetime of love and support. All men should know is how to be emotionless muscleheads whose only purpose is to ruin lives. At least, that's what i know.
Then what you’ve been told is nothing but lies, boys and men absolutely feel all these things and so much more, just like I do as a woman. Men deserve to feel that flutter of warmth and excitement that’s caused by being with the one they love. Men deserve to feel such comforts and emotions, like everyone they have wishes, feelings, and needs. And whoever tells men they do not experience such emotional longings spread nothing but lies. Men are most definitely emotional beings, and deserve the pursuit of romance and happiness like all of us, and I support them and you 100% of the way.
This is late but happy Manuary everyone!
To the boys who are told they don't need positivity
You deserve to be appreciated. Your issues are just as important as "women's issues". Everyone has problems. Being a boy does not make you sexist or violent. You deserve love and care. If you get hurt, you deserve support. To hell with the misandrists, you're amazing <3
I’m all about male positivity.
I’m positive they’re all horrible lay mao.
