A bit of blending fun, anyone remember Earl of Anxi from back when Verdant Tea did blends, it was probably my favorite of theirs, so I finally decided to do my own spin on it. I used grapefruit peel instead of bergamot (since I'm not really a fan of bergamot) and roses instead of saffron. I used @yunnan_sourcing Autumn Mao Xie aka #hairycraboolong instead of TGY, my blend needs a silly name, so I think I'm going to call it Imperial Crab! #earlofanxi #oolongtea #chinesetea #teablend #fishcup #gongfucha #tea #teaofinstagram #maoxie
