Day 2 Dried Vegetables Spider Flower Leaves(Mufushwa we Nyevhe🇿🇼) Growing up l didn't like nyevhe/Ulude🇿🇼(spider flower leaves) especially the bitter taste😊but being a foodie now am so in love with traditional dried vegetables. This is how l cook my Nyevhe. Boil and rinse at least thrice reason being it grows close to the ground so it normally have a lot of dirt. After the last rinse which is the third one. Add oil in the pot add back the Nyevhe add onion and tomatoes and cook for at least 5minutes season with salt. That's it it's done.
