Smoky Maple Granola

4 cups old-fashioned oats 1 cup walnuts, chopped 1 cup pecans, chopped 1/2 cup maple sugar 2 tbsp mesquite powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup pure maple syrup 1/2 cup melted coconut oil 1 tbsp liquid smoke 1 tbsp maple extract Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a large glass mixing bowl, stir together the oats, walnuts, pecans, maple sugar, mesquite powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
In a small glass bowl, stir together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, liquid smoke, and maple extract. Add the wet mixture to the oat mixture and stir to combine fully.
Pour the granola on to the cookie sheet and spread out evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove granola from oven. Stir gently. Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
Allow to cool completely in pan before transferring to an air-tight container.
