Just look at Tara Anna's sweet smile! Our wooly friend smiles because she knows she is safe from harm 💚 Tara Anna came to #maplefarmsanctuary from an animal cruelty case in a nearby town. Neighbors noticed two women had tied a small sheep to the back of a riding lawnmower, and were beating her with sticks and a baseball bat. When police arrived, they cut her free and asked WHY. The women claimed they were using her as a piñata, and later planned to stab her to death and eat her. Despite her traumatic past, Tara Anna is probably one of the most gentle and good natured animals here and has touched the hearts of many! #maketheconnection #someonenotsomething #govegan #love #compassion (at Maple Farm Sanctuary)
