Ingredients: 4 pork chops. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. In a small bowl, mix together mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and dried thyme. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Brush each pork chop with the maple mustard glaze.
