There are just the right amounts of sweet and sour in this Maple-Mustard Glazed Chicken recipe. The caramelized finish is sure to impress. Because it's quick and easy to make, it's great for busy weeknights or special events.
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk. Put the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the maple-mustard glaze over them and make sure they are covered all over. Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the glaze turns golden. If you want, you can serve it hot with chopped parsley on top.
