THERES A BATHTUB IN THE BUNKER
HOLY CRAP
New post for length
@occamshipper, I’m currently in the middle of a master-mapping rewatch, which is more about mapping the changes rather than trying to pin down the actual room locations (kinda gave up on that >.>) - though I keep finding new small rooms and oddities that I missed on my first insomnia fueled “oh god where is all this shit” 31-hour marathon watch. My notes doc is currently at 17 pages and I only just started s13, and once I’m done I fully intend to put it together into something with visuals the fandom can pass around.
I’m a bit confused as to what you mean by the blueprint putting the Galley (kitchen) in the basement? The hall structure on the lower side of the bunker is identical across at least two floors (10x03, eternal pain in my ass that it is, combined with 9x04), and the 12x22 has an identical room footprint to the kitchen but labels it as “storage”.
I agree that the garage placement 4 stories underground makes no practical sense, especially when they keep walking in the front door. (Honestly 11x23/12x01 and Baby being in the garage just makes me go “So the Bunker likes classic cars and is capable of eating things straight out of the parking lot”). On the other hand, they didn’t use the normal garage set in 11x04 so things really don’t match. I genuinely have had to consider that there might be two garages. This still upsets me on a deep level.

HI I’M UPSET ABOUT THE CEILING
(Cas babe you look great)
So me, being an idiot, went “oh maybe the blueprint has something marked down for where the new room is, or I can at least extrapolate where it *might* be on another floor based on room dimensions”
1) I forgot how wrong the blueprint is, 2) I found another thing wrong with it (the stairs don’t go there omg why), and 3) now that I’m so much deeper into this mess I’ve realized it manages to retroactively make s10 more of a headache for me. And I have to go back and double check my notations to be sure that I can actually see into the kitchen every time I wrote down “longshot walking past kitchen”.
put me out of my misery please
Dean. Dean hon. Your bedroom is not down that hallway. The only thing down that hallway is stairs.
Where the hell were you sleeping.
