Okay let me rant here.
@palettedreamer !! ( @askmarblehornetscrew Is their other acocunt..) Like, full honesty his art is so peak, and I love seeing his art sm, plus reading his questions from pt.1 to now motivated me to try something new to start my own Q&A, and he is are my top fav blogger atm, his content is pretty entertaining so you should go support em' to... :3 I just REALLY love ranting abt cool artists. You should also go support other artists!! Thank's for this question btw, gave me a chance to display who'm gave me the motivation to even start my own "Ask-Kurt" (๑ᵔ⤙ᵔ๑) His content's just so cool.. I'd say you should check out @palettedreamer first! BUT, @askmarblehornetscrew is where their ask's came from!! For marble hornets ^^
So, is Rosswood a separate universe from Marble Hornets? You'd think so since Jay and Alex died.
So what differs this from the original universe?
They all survived Marble Hornets. Perhaps because they left the Rosswood property and never came back - as stated in Part 2.
Tim likely wasn't there since he supposedly went missing as a boy - implied in Part 1. They haven't even mentioned Tim by name, let alone whether they were his friend. Though that raises the question on how Brian got involved with Alex and Jay since, in the original, it was through Tim. Since Tim wasn't there - if he wasn't - then he didn't bring the Slender infection he's had since he was a kid to set to infect anyone else. We have no idea if they even saw The Operator on the set of Marble Hornets. They haven't said or implied anything being weird when they filmed it in this timeline (?). Despite this, Alex remains driven and drawn to investigate, which will evidentially be his doom - and likely any and everyone else's.
