small note
Wicca wasn’t for me, though I am exploring other ideas under the Pagan umbrella. This blog will largely be secular witchcraft with Spiritualism sprinkled in.

Edited Post
Added new information to my Casual Misting Post.
I did my first real cleansing shower yesterday and went overboard with making the scrub. It was almost everything I had in my cupboard.
Lavender - protection & healing
Chamomile - calm
Coffee - peacefulness & grounding
Rosemary - protection
Sea Salt and Black Salt - even more purification & protection
Drops of Lavender oil - I just love lavender
Drops of Eucalyptus oil - booster for the Lavender, healing vibrations, help to purify
Drops of Camelia Oil as the carrier, personal preference over Jojoba oil
Cinnamon stick to mix everything together -power & strength, desoil to protect & widdershins to banish
some notes of interest:
I had an accident that makes it hard for me to stand until my muscles are stronger, so I have a chair in the shower. I want to do a bath in the future, but I found this with dimmed lights soothing.
Dip bowls from that plain dinnerware aisle in Target are really good for small containers
I think I might grind the chamomile next time. Spritz with my Moon Water too.
