This is Mardis, an NPC from Vic's parhfinder game. She is the daughter of pirates, but lost her parents when very young and never got to be a pirate herself. Vic decided it's up to him to teach her to pirate. He's given her a sword and made her the cabinteen on the ship (without consulting the captain first). She's 13.

The GM draws a lot of the NPCs which is the picture in the corner. I was just going to draw sketches to get a feel for her, but the program im using makes it really easy to ink and lay down flats.
