Me: Coquine... did you smell the dead bird that was in the planter? Coquine: N... no?

So I’m trying to draw again..  It’s been difficult considering how my self esteem has been lately but I might as well start somewhere, right? Here’s a small sketch of my two handsome supermodels, Coquine (beagle) and Hiro (australian shepherd). They’re the light of my life, and I can’t put into words how much they mean to me :)

Found a photo of Coquine as a puppy (5-6 months old I think?) at doggie day care. Latest photo of her for comparison.

She has grayed out so much it’s hard to tell where her face markings were.

Hiro stole a nasty old lime that fell off the table, he was so confused!  He poked a hole on the rind and everytime he grabbed it some juice would come out and he would go like ?????? ball, why you nasty????
