They farm the land organic/biodynamic and make the wines without any additives apart from a little sulfur at bottling. • • The Margaret River Red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot picked by hand, wild fermented, basket-pressed, aged for 16 mos in stainless steel, concrete and neutral oak. The wine is bottled unfined/unfiltered and with minimal sulfur at bottling. • • Nice rich color, very fruit-forward with plum, licorice, cherry and cocoa. Medium body, smooth tannin and tangy acidity.
