he.... he can control the hairs in his tail?

In a, I’m sure, total surprise to everyone following me, I’ve done a lot of research into the different kinds of tails and how they’re moved and controlled by the body. In a previous ask, I referred to Ojiro’s tail as “partially pre-hensile” which means that it can’t be used to grasp but does have limited fine motor function.

In the case of this GIF it seems that he’s using the end muscles in his tail to make a pointed motion. I’d say it’s more likely that he’s doing this using arrector pili than shaping his tail muscles.
