@mariacallous You are mad weird and I’m calling you out.
First of all, instead of listening to what I say, you just attack things about me (online school, sexuality, and race even).
You blocked me right after I called you out for questioning my own race, because you KNEW how weird it was to do.
Finally, me giving you sources in an ask, to hopefully get you to back off isn’t a “okay lol” response type of situation.
Shame on you and any of your little fans, you all disgust me. Hate revolting all you want but you DON’T snoop down to attacking others’ personal lives.
(Btw, you NEVER said “back off from my page” and even then, you kept talking about me behind my back, which WARRANTED responses from me in my personal opinion).
I found out that Mia Goth apparently played both Victor's mom *and* Elizabeth and I wish I'd caught that during the movie because it adds so much to it.
right? i'd forgotten that i'd read they were going to do that until i saw the movie. it's SO oedipal in a way that i kind of love and it also reinforces how the dynamic that arises between victor, elizabeth, and the creature is basically a reenactment of victor's childhood trauma.
Wait Rick Riordan did what re: Anubis?
OKAY SO Rick Riordan's second series after PJO concluded with The Last Olympian was The Kane Chronicles, which has a boy main character and a girl main character, and the girl main character's primary love interest was literally the god Anubis (since the whole thing in that series is that the EGYPTIAN gods are also real and the main characters' dad basically becomes Osiris , the lore is actually lowkey interesting even if it's been a while since I've read that series). And there's a lot of talk about how Anubis (who is ultra special because he's the only god who doesn't need to possess someone to appear in the mortal realm and be seen by humans) is hot with his dark hair and leather biker jacket and he conveniently looks the same physical age as the girl main character and and he has tragic backstory cuz his dad is Set like in the mythology so therefore daddy issues and they were couple coded since the first book. And then at the end of the series he possesses her other love interest (but he's still around inside his own head so it's two people living in one body) who is also hot and so now Anubis and the guy he's hosting are both dating the girl main character. I was like thirteen when this series so therefore the prime target for it and Rick really did sexify Anubis
Honestly, I find these liberal "I'm-not-a-Zionist-but" American Jews more despicable than the out-and-out settlers. At least with the settlers, you know where you stand. But tributary and mariacallous are like "oh of course I support the Palestinian cause, but be careful where you donate because lots of Palestinian charities are fronts for Hamas and, obviously, Jewish people do still deserve an ethnostate in the Levant, we just think they should be nicer about it." Despicable.
I just wanted to take a moment and share how much I loved your writing! I've been spending more time on ao3 and swtor recently and your Cipher Nine/Theron Shan works are some of my all-time favorites! I love your characterization and your imperial agent
a) your username is fantastic
b) thank you so much for the kind words! I am still writing- very, very slowly. I've been staying offline a bit more over the last months; the nature of my current job and employer have gotten, um, interesting with the recent change in U.S. politics and I'm trying not to panic spiral and/or mouth off in ill-advised ways that, despite my social media being mostly pseudonymous, might still get me into trouble.. Rather like working for the Empire, actually.
But the next chapter is mostly done, though it's been mostly done for a while and may stay that way a little longer. Still here, though. And knowing people are still reading and enjoying what I do does make a huge difference.
Dyke Bucky, was the first thing that came to mind, followed by Eclectically Interesting Media
Is that a nice way of saying bad media lol
🌹!
“Hope you’re not expecting anything just cause you’re a hero.”
Leo’s face was serious, but she thought she could make out a smile in his voice when he said, “No, ma’am.”
Just as he set his foot on the step, though, Lola caught his arm. She kissed him, quick and full of adrenaline, and he responded with enthusiasm, slinging his arm around her waist and pulling her against his body. His belt buckle dug into her stomach as he kissed her back, openmouthed, with dizzying intensity, bending her backwards in his arms, until she had to push him off just to breathe, or else faint.
“That was cause you’re gorgeous.”
She’d meant to sound pithy, like a dame from an old noir, but when he was holding her this tightly, still breathing into her mouth, the burn of his stubble fresh on her skin, it came out as barely a whisper.
