FASHION CREDITS: ‘G.U.Y.’ MUSIC VIDEO PART III

Here is the third chapter to the fashion credits of Lady Gaga’s 12 minutes-length mini ‘ARTPOP' film  featuring the single ‘G.U.Y.’, directed by the singer herself. Click here to view the previous chapter.

The color white played a huge role in the music video. In the resurrection scene, featuring SkyDoesMinecraft, Gaga wears the stunning white Wendy dress that belongs to POL Studio’s Spring/Summer 2014 “Goldie” collection.

Her clear PVC belt was created by Zana Bayne for Prabal Gurung’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection and features a layered white leather panel.

The girls are decked in fuchsia silk gowns with hand-painted trompe-l'œil jewels by emerging designer Holly Fowler which were paired with Futuristic Steampunk pink gradient eyewear masks by Hi Tek Designs.

During the scene in Heart Castle’s iconic Roman pool, Gaga wears the black buckled one-piece swimsuit from the aforementioned POL Studio collection.

Her 14k gold large and small Throwing Star cuffs were designed by Lynn Ban, and are composed of nine and five “throwing stars” respectively. 

The sandals are custom Ruthie Davis Joanne ankle sleeve platform sandals with perspex heels.

The female models around them are all wearing blonde hair headpieces and golden latex bodysuits from the Charlie Le Mindu x Atsuko Kudo “Gold Sabah” Fall/Winter 2013 collection.

Meanwhile, the male models pose casually while wearing black briefs with medusa and golden Greek keys by Versace. 

The gold floaties each of them wear was an original idea of Gaga’s. Stylist assistant Gianni Catalina came up with the concept and designer MARIALIA made exactly 12 pieces within 48 hours.

For the bed scene, Gaga wears a fabulous red Dunes swimsuit by La Perla. 

The elegant number, a fusion of ultra-light materials combined with stretch lycra and transparent stretch tulle mesh, features multifunctional straps that can be crossed at the back or attached at the neck.

Lynn Ban’s 14k gold & diamond pavé Barbed Wire choker...

...and Facets 14k yellow-gold cuff (she was the first to wear this piece!) further accessorized the look.

Her Kassy laminated gold leather sandals with baroque heel are from Sonia Rykiel’s Spring/Summer 2014 collection.
