Kuroba Mario’s birthday during Kurosute Overdrive

I had to edit the video because it was longer. I had heard about this from fan reports, but it is always better watch it with your own eyes. This year, Mario’s birthday was during Kurosute performances and it was really cute when everyone sang happy birthday, every Kaijo member said some words to him and even he was given the chance to say the final greeting that day~

“MEGADAN” OFFICIAL GUIDE BOOK - KUROBA MARIO (SCANS AND TRANSLATION)

I wanted to do this but I hadn’t had the time to translate anything. I purchased this little photobook while ago and as soon as I saw the questions to each actor (there are questions for Arisawa Shoutarou, Wada Masanari and Tamaki Yuki as well) I wanted to give Mario’s questionnaire a try!

This is the first time I translate something more than a tweet, so of course I may have some mistakes, but I tried to make it understandable to read. Translating is so hard, English is not even my first language lol.

For the questions, I really recommend you to watch the drama before reading this, since most of them are related directly to the first episode in which Mario appears. That being said, enjoy~

What kind of person is Kuroba-kun who played Chris-kun? From these 19 questions, we tried to explore the points where Chris-kun and Kuroba-kun have in common.

When I answered the questionnaire I said a criminal but I want to play the detective role in a drama!

I just like it. I want to know about it thoroughly, how to eat it, etc. I want to try the best horse meat!

The last "money" may be peculiar, but money motivates you after all.

I think it is a nice line but a detective wouldn't say that.

Notes

(1) It doesn’t mean he is literally colorblind lol, but he has no sense of color in a picture. At this point, you can tell he is not good at drawing and anything related to it xD

(2) Donburi is a Japanese "rice bowl dish" consisting of fish, meat, vegetables or other ingredients simmered together and served over rice.

(3) Daikon Oroshi is a white snow-like condiment that enhances the flavors of dishes.

(4) Rice. He literally says 飯の男 Meshi no Otoko. Meshi is also used to refer meals in general, but since he mentioned rice before, I just left it that way.

(6) Ofu-kai is a offline meeting where people, who normally interact online, meet face to face.
