He tried to push it onto his technology once but it backfired and he has since apologized (surprising for a billionaire, i know, but then he committed even worse global crimes than that which is typical of one but ykw at least he apologized for the chat bot bullshit.)

No, he's doing everything himself, he's not lazy. He will swear up and down that if he ever gets caught using AI the person who caught him has permission to shoot him again. Also modified his devices to omit AI software becauss he and Emika are one and the same with that stuff
Yes, but in a Character AI addiction, craving human connection but can't get it kind of way. Once she meets people and can finally pick herself up she'll probably let go of it.
She's probably used similar software to find her targets before, but she'd be dead before she ever tried to strike a conversation with one (minus Sasuke, he doesn't count in any of these scenarios)

He wouldn't. Even though he is technically an AI, he wouldn't have when he was alive. Maybe in a kid wondering what it is type of way, but I don't see him loving it.
