HAPPY SEAFARER’S DAY!!! ⚓️ . The MARINA Regional Office V celebrates the Day of the Seafarers in recognition of their vital role in the world Economy. . In line with the Celebration of the Day of the Seafarer, MARINA ROV offered a Thanksgiving Mass at St. Jude Catholic Church then proceeded by the Blowing of Horns at Legazpi City Base Port in coordination with the PPA, PGC, the Shipping Companies and the Stakeholders.
