Her authenticity, her temperament, her fire, her charisma and her long standing flamenco dance career is what makes her a Flamenco Dance Master Teacher. Marina’s Flamenco Dance career is an accumulation of much success through her dance performances around the world. She was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. She started her dance studies at a very young age and studied all aspects of Spanish dance from the regional folklores, classic Spanish dance and Flamenco at the most prominent school in Spain, The Royal Conservatory of Dance Music. She was recognized for her virtuosity in her vast knowledge of Spanish dance and music and was trained to be an instructor of Spanish Dances and Flamenco. At the age of 18 she began her professional dance career which took her to the prestigious tablaos and the most elegant theaters of the world. First dancing in Spain for the Royal family and then throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America and the USA. The critics of the time wrote that she was a “true artist” the “ultimate dancer” and that her world existed “between her Castanets & her dancing shoes”. That her “concentrated intensity of her dance could only be the product of a true, creative flamenco soul” She is pure “duende” she is Marina Torres.
