Here it is. The time I finally age up my baby fankids to teens (just kidding, they're still babies! But they gotta grow up at some point, right?)
So right off the bat, here's Lily, Luigi and Daisy's oldest daughter (and my personal favorite). Without further adieu... here's how she is! 😄
(Also, here's the picrew for the second image!)
At this stage, Lily is 14. She's the oldest of all of her sibs, and she's still as proud as ever from it. She uses she/her pronouns and her birthday is May 28.
She is the oldest of her sibs, and she's still proud as ever from it. She loves her siblings with all her heart, and she does her best to be as supportive as possible... thus, they all have a really close bond together, almost to the point where Daisy lovingly calls them "the trio."
Lily knows four total languages: English, Italian, Spanish, and sign language. She primarily uses sign language when in public, but speaks a little of all three at home.
Lily is a HUGE bookworm. She almost never goes anywhere without a book in hand, even if it's a multi-chapter one that she is definitely not going to finish in one sitting (doesn't stop her from trying though). Her favorite genre is fantasy and mystery, mainly because she absolutely loves things like fairies, mermaids, and creepy spirits. She also loves reading up on kingdom lore (basically just ANY one), so she knows things even PEACH is baffled about. Surprisingly, Lily is also fascinated by ghosts! She spends hours researching them alongside her brother, and she sometimes dreams about meeting one someday (er... she hasn't voiced this to Luigi, ofc... 😅). Because of her love of learning from books, she dreams of being a writer or a researcher of sorts.
Lily also does a lot of art in her free time. She mostly relegates herself to fun sketches and jewelry-making, which her family more than indulges in. She loves making them charm bracelets of all shapes and colors for any occasion. And when she needs to wind down, she's more than happy settling somewhere quiet and sketching whatever she reads about in her books.
Lily is really shy around strangers. She prefers to stick around people she already knows rather than talk to anyone. She also keeps to herself often with her hobbies so she doesn't have a reason for conversation.
Lily is autistic and selectively mute. Through the help of her family, she's managed to overcome a lot since she was younger, but she still has trouble talking to others and expressing how she feels. As a result, she often gets frustrated with herself. Thankfully, her family is supportive and ensure that she feels loved and valued.
She's had a few on both girls and boys (mostly girls) in her stories and irl, but she's not sure about labels. Even though she knows her parents would be UNDOUBTEDLY supportive, she's still nervous about telling them.
Although she's shy and quiet, don't let that fool you. The girl is a fighter when she needs to be! From her dad, Peasley, she's got quite the hand with a sword. And Daisy? She pretty much says Lily has the strongest set of fists she's seen in a while! So yeah, she's not weak in the slightest.
Lily is a HUGE dog lover. She and Polterpup have been best friends since she was little, and they go on all sorts of adventures to this day! He's also super protective over her and is always willing to cuddle up for belly rubs.
Just like when she was younger, Lily is exceptionally close to her sibling, Canelli. She takes care of them, even making them little bracelets and taking them out on fun girl's trips (on their fem days). She considers Canelli her best friend... and they're more than willing to stick up for her, as well!
With her brother, Dante, she has a soft spot for him. They both have a love for ghosts and they love telling scary stories to each other and researching them! Dante's also the one who steps in for her whenever she gets too stressed out to speak (well... whenever Canelli isn't around to help, that is). She also teaches him karate, oddly enough!
Lily and Luigi are REALLY close (yep, she's still a daddy's girl). She loves her dad SO much due to his gentle and patient nature. He's the one who helps her through her struggles and teaches her ways to cope, having some of the same triggers as her. He loves buying her books and drawing supplies, even joining in sometimes and bringing her to his and Peach's book club. He does get overprotective at times, which does frustrate her, but she knows he means well. Just... a little panicky 😅.
Peasley is as good as any dad could be. Even though they're not biologically related, he still loves her all the same, as does she. He's adamant that she knows how to defend herself, especially as she's gotten older. When she turned 13, he commissioned her very own sword with a pink handle with the engraving "My strong, beautiful daughter." He's also supportive of her studies and actively encourages it... though he does get worried about her love of ghosts 😅
She's close with Daisy, but they find it a little hard to connect at times. Lily still loves Daisy, but she finds her overzealous attitude and love of sports overwhelming. In turn, Daisy doesn't quite understand her love of books or "girly things." They do try to engage in one another's activities, though, in compromise. Knowing her husband, Daisy often asks Lily about her books and loves listening to her talk (even if she doesn't really understand it all the way) and has read some of her books, too, despite not being a big reader. Lily also has tried out sparring with her in fighting matches, and Daisy is impressed with her skill! She also tries to work on being more open about her feelings. They may not be best buddies, but they get along well ❤️
