Della was grateful that she knew a few people at her table. Some were old friends that she had gone to school with but Marion wasn't part of that crowd. Instead she was someone that worked with her father at the law firm. Someone she only knew in passing when she was dropping off lunch for her father or attended an office event. She couldn't remember ever really speaking to her beyond a hello but that didn't matter. At least she knew her. "It's lovely to see you Marion," She smiled at her before taking a sip of her wine.
