Hi There

Its been a little while since I've done a write up, so here's a brief one before I head to bed!

I left my last post saying about going to Focus on Imaging. It was a good day out with a few friends, which included far to much banter and wishing we were much richer than we all are! The highlights of the were having a look at the new Canon 5D Mark III, which looks like a fine piece of kit (and it better be at 3 grand!), bought a new tripod and got to meet Sports Photographer of the Year 2011 Mark Pain. If you don't know who is you need to check out his work, the image that won him the prestigious accolade was one of Tiger Woods shanking a shot at the Ryder Cup, worth looking at! Pain gave me some good advice on starting out in the industry of Sports photography, so just got to wait for that big break now!! Check out his website! http://markpain.com/ 

Elsewhere I have some really big projects coming up over the next few months! Going to give my hand at a bit of Fashion Photography, just to see if I can do it, going to try and get up to Longton, as I mentioned in my last post, to do some Documentary Photography and one big one but that will have to wait for another blog!

Before I can do all that though, I've got to get my University deadlines out the way! In football January is the time for mad rushed decisions in Uni this period happens between March, April and May. I just hope I don't do the University equivalent of signing Andy Carroll for 35 Million!!

Anyway must dash my bed is very inviting right now!
