On Sunday 2nd July Southend Alternative City of Culture is holding a Fashion Event in the walled garden at Priory from 12.00 noon. There will be various craft stalls with superb array of items to purchase. We then have a Fashion Show in the Priory at 1.00 pm and 3 .00 pm. Joey will be showing his Coronation collection please see details below. Tickets for the Fashion Show are £10.00 and £5.00 for students. Please take the opportunity to see this fabulous collection modelled in the Priory. All proceeds from the event will go to the MusicMan Project and the Mayor's Charity prostate and breast cancer.

International Fashion designer & stylist to the stars Joey Bevan, is delighted to present the "Southend Alternative City of Culture" Fashion Show, in the Prittlewell Priory. Joey is a local boy and is passionate about Southend on sea area.
Joey will be showing his bespoke collection that was chosen for Her Majesty the Queen for the Coronation Festival at Buckingham Palace in 2014. The chosen over Vivienne Westwood, Burberry and Alexander McQueen because of joeys use of recyclable materials. Along side the coronation collection joey will be showcasing 2 more collections inspired by British culture & history.
Joey won a National Award for, " Inspirational Youth of the Year," in 2013 and "Stylist of the year" in 2015. He is always willing to give inspirational lectures to young people encouraging them to aspire to achieve their dreams and works alongside many charities raising awareness for body confidence.
Joeys determination and passion for fashion has given him an array of credits including Vogue, Elle, GQ, L'Oréal, Simple, Dior, Chanel, xfactor,
Britains next top model, Americas next top model, faces from Ru Paul's drag race, also working with celebrities such as Gaga, Jessie J, little mix, George Shelley, Elle King, HRH prince Charles & many more.
