Dear Heroes, Bobbledheads, and Minions,
(We would be very grateful if you pleased reblogged this post. We need to spread the word as much as possible about this event. The more the word spreads, the more we’ll be able to help out the hospital.)
This Friday (today!), The MarkiArtists for Charity, are holding their first ever charity livestream weekend starting on Friday, October 16th and ending on the night of Sunday, October 18th. The event is in support of The All Children’s Hospital of Florida, whom we previously held an event in August where managed to raise $620 (of our original goal of $400) via Operation Extra Life for the hospital. So for this event our goal is at least $580 in effort to raise $1200 in total for the hospital.
Throughout the weekend we’re going to have many fun events for you such as charity art livestreams, a live 24 hour video game stream, and a live podcast that will include MarkiArtist admins, members from the community, and members of other charity based efforts.

ART LIVESTREAMS ON PICARTO
As you all know, we have some incredible artists as part of our MarkiArtists team for our Operation Extra Life fundraiser for The All Children’s Hospital of Florida. So, from October 16th till the night of October 18th MarkiArtists for Charity will be conducting, some request/doodles on the popular livestreaming site Picarto!
If you donate to The All Children’s Hospital of Florida fundraiser according to a livestream artist’s prices, you will get to see the artist draw your commission live! We hope to cause an interest in our charity event.
For example (using markle-sparkle’s profile as an example): If you donate $10 during markle-s[rakle’s stream with the code letters of “AJ” attached in your donation name, they will draw you a stylized head shout LIVE!). If you donate $15 with the code letters of “AJ”, they will draw you a realistic headshot LIVE!
Make sure to let the artist know what your email, or Tumblr (with an open submit box) is so they can give you the art piece after it is finished.
If a piece if not finished during the livestream, the artist will continue to work on it if you wish (not during a stream) and send it to you when it is complete.
Please include your Picarto chat name or your Tumblr name in your donation name so the artist knows who they are drawing for.
CODE LETTERS
Code letters are letters that are to be included in your donation name when you donate for a livestream drawing. Each code is different for each artist. Since we can see what your donation name is, we are using code letters so we know which artist you are commissioning. Also please include the name you go by in the Picarto livestream chat so the artist knows who they are drawing for.

The MarkiArtists for Charity are going to be having a video game charity livestream! Starting today, Friday, October 16th at 8pm EST, markiartists-for-charity admins, community members, and others will be hosting a 24 hour gaming marathon with 100% of the donations going straight to All Children’s Hospital of Florida. Come chill with the team for a ridiculous day of Let’s Plays all for a very important cause!

When and What
Starting at 4 PM EST on August 29th, we’ll start the podcast and get the party started! We invite all of you join us as we talk about the community and the wonderful and creative things that have been created from it! We will also have fun intermissions where we’ll play games such as “Finish My Sentence”, “Pictionary”, “Wine or Cheese” and “Never Have I Ever”! AND, if someone donates $50 or more to the charity fundraiser, a few members of the stream team will do the hot sauce/lemon juice challenge and then play rage games like Baking Simulator, Geometry Dash, and Reaction Time!
