Mark Noble.
So far this transfer window, David Moyes has added just one player to his West Ham squad, with Darren Randolph returning to the club from Middlesbrough. With less than a week of the transfer window left, the Scot will need to move quickly if he wants to boost his side as he looks to steer them away from the Premier League relegation battle. Plenty of names are flying about as potentially making the move to the London Stadium, one of which is Seko Fofana. CALL YOURSELF A WEST HAM EXPERT? HOW MUCH DID EACH OF THESE JANUARY SIGNINGS COST? According to Gianluca di Marzio, the Hammers are interested in taking him to the Premier League, with his current club Udinese rating him at over €20m (£16.9m). Fofana is enjoying a good season so far, especially in central midfield. Despite his side lying in 14th place in the table, the 24-year-old has one goal and four assists in nine matches in the middle of the park. Offensively, he has been a big contributor to the Italian side, with 1.7 shots, 1.2 key passes and 2.3 dribbles per match in Serie A. So far this season Mark Noble and Declan Rice have the most appearances at central midfield for West Ham. With Rice as the more defensive of the two – he has three tackles and two interceptions per match – it is up to the former to provide a bit more going forward. He has four goals and one assist in the Premier League, but three of those have been penalties – with 0.6 key passes and 0.8 dribbles per match, his offensive influence has noticeably dwindled since the 2015/16 season, when he scored seven goals and averaged 1.4 key passes per match. WATCH WEST HAM UNITED VIDEOS WITH STREAMFOOTBALL.TV BELOW The club captain is already 32, and he will turn 33 in May of this year. His time as a regular with the Irons is surely coming to an end, no matter how much of a club legend he is, even if he will likely remain a crucial member of the squad. To move forward, Moyes is in need of some extra impetus and a real driving force in the middle of the park. Fofana has all the credentials to be that man – and what better way to ensure a seamless transition process than having both vying for the same position in the starting XI. In other news, West Ham may give this man a second chance in the Premier League. #WestHam #TheHammers #MarkNoble

We asked West Ham fans if they would like to the club to sign Jordan Henderson and the results were pretty conclusive – according to our recent poll, the large majority of Hammers fans would love to see the Liverpool man in claret and blue. As summer signings Fabinho and Naby Keita finally work their respective ways into Jurgen Klopp’s starting XI considerations, club captain Henderson has slipped down the pecking order and, at present, is more or less bottom of the pile – with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain also set to return in May, Klopp has a wealth of midfield talent at his disposal and 28-year-old Henderson could soon find himself starved of minutes. Meanwhile, a string of injuries to the likes 0f Jack Wilshere and Carlos Sanchez has seen Robert Snodgrass deputise in central-midfield and Mark Noble cannot carry on forever – ‘Mr West Ham’ is entering his twilight years while the Irons are entering a new era with Manuel Pellegrini at the helm. It’s clear that the London Stadium faithful are keen on finding a successor for their own club captain – you can check out the full results below… #MarkNoble #JackWilshere #NabyKeita
