Thorntail Dragons!

Both of my clanbound eggs were male- The same thing happened with my Dusthides, but they were both female. I REALLY love how both came out though! A lot of really neat genes.

I boought a female because I wanted both poses! She's v cute!

Then Sailfish prices went way up, and I happened to have four in my hoard. I traded one for a noct egg, then sold two (which I ended up using to buy a scatter scroll for the noct). My end result was this baby! So now I'll have two males, a female, and the hatchling pose from day-of dragons :)

I don't know if I'm going to give her Blossom or Tusks though.

My last girl is a Halloween hatch that hasn't sold, so I decided to change her and fell in love :) No tert yet (white) cause I wanna see how the elemental genes look.

I've been peer pressured by my Flight Rising discord to join Art Fight, so I'm doodling my own characters to get ready for it. I haven't actively drawn in a few years and it shows. lol I can't wait to see how I improve though!

A clan is nothing without their blacksmith. They have no tools, no protection, no weapons. A clan without a blacksmith is sure to fall.

It's a good thing Markov Clan has the best blacksmith of them all.

Rhys learned his craft directly from Flamecaller's priests. Once upon a time, he'd thought that he would join them. Nothing gave him more pleasure and sense of purpose than working metals and glass into wonderous shapes after all.

Then Shirai came along.

She was young, shy, beautiful- And, despite her drive, the metal didn't speak with her like it did the other acolytes.

It was clear that she didn't belong, though she tried. She tried with everything she had- She stayed a long and grueling three months before she finally gave up…

And Rhys left with her.

Naos isn't the only minor deity in the world. Far from it- The world is full of spirits who have amassed power, strength, and sometimes worshipful followers.

Shiryu was mortal once upon a time. He lived and breathed and loved just like any other dragon- Nyx, who still draws breath, is but one of his children. That life came to a brutal end, though, when his clan was torn apart by an overzealous pack of Wildclaws.

And yet the reaper never came for him. Instead he found himself haunting battlegrounds. Ruins, fights ongoing, pleasant fields that were not yet destroyed, all of them called to him. A few years later and he discovered he could influence the outcome. He could bless or curse living dragons, sending the tide of battle this way or that at a whim.

He grew powerful. Mortal dragons took notice.

Shiryu became the God of bloodshed and war.

I LOVE these little freaks. These were my first hatches- Wasn't a fan of the male so I got a replacement.

Not 100% sold on Capsule, but maybe they'll get something else by the time I'm ready to gene him.

I also got these two off the AH because I love them so much.

Was thinking Deep Winter and the Beginning Of Spring (cause the green flowers look like buds on a sleeping branch). Just gotta figure out a name. Maybe Turning Wheel?

I am VERY hyped that the bogsneak is done in my breeding challenge because now I can turn her into this Dusthide.

I knew what I wanted to turn her into the moment I saw her.
