Put the Gun Down || Mark and Mika
Despite the neighborhood Mika grew up in, she never learned how to shoot a gun. Hell, she never even picked up one in her life. It wasn't worth it. She knew how to survive and how to fight. It was stupid to get involved with the gangs, not when her mom got drugs from whoever she could. It wasn't worth it so Mika stayed away from guns. But she wanted to learn. And she'd rather learn here, and not in the city where she could have shot someone when she was learning. So when Mika learned that Mark worked at a shooting range, she took the chance to try and convince him to teach her. Besides, she was killing two birds with one stone. She was also working at getting on Mark's good side so that if the hunter ever found out about her, he would have conflicting emotions about hunting her. But that was how it started. The brunette wanted to kick herself sometimes but Mark really wasn't that bad of a guy, and she hated it. She should hate him, he should be a monster, a jerk, an ass. But no. He was a nice guy. And it sucked. So Mika was a little hesitant about today. This would be bonding, and while it was good for her, it also sucked for her because she would be bonding with the man. But she wanted to learn and she wanted to see how he was around a gun when an angry wolf wasn't coming straight for him.
