A box had been delivered to Cecil. it had a new, state-of-the-art radio microphone, several stylish clothes, festive cat sweaters, a new wood carving kit, and a separate box full of cat treats and cat toys for Khoshekh and the kittens. It had a tag that read 'Merry Christmas from Mark Vincent.'

Cecil tore into the box excitedly, letting out a little squeal upon seeing it’s contents. He immediately took out one of the cat sweaters and yanked it over his head, hugging himself at the snuggly-warmth surrounding him.

He carefully set out the microphone and cat things, taking a photo of each and texting them to the Intern on duty, letting them know that he would be using that microphone from now on and Khoshekh was set for kitty toys.

Plopping himself down on the living room floor, the radio host got to work breaking in the new wood carving kit, making a mental note to wear the new clothes on his next date with Carlos and to send Mark a thank-you card.

"Santi, I got you something," Mark said, holding up a Grumpy Cat sweater.

"That's.... That's so cute," said Santiago, examining the sweater. "I like the cat."

Mark hummed as he spread out a large blanket in the park. He set out a basket of treats and unbuckled his kids from their stroller. Oliver looked around curiously as Mark set him down on the blanket, but Sophie kept gumming at her teddy bear when she joined him.

Fighting slightly to keep the stroller steady, Cecil pushed it along the sidewalk and into the grass, eyes scanning the busy park for a place to sit and have lunch with his children.

After a few moments. he spotted what appeared to be the only clear spot within walking distance. Pushing the stroller over, he paused near the edge of Mark’s blanket.

"Do you mind if we sit next to you?"

"Happy birthday, Santibun!" Mark smiled and held up a big cake.

"Thank you, sweetheart," said Santiago, kissing Mark on the cheek and examining the cake. "Did the kids help with this?"
