The nerve of Marlychu. The fuck is she doing? She's been stringing those poor people along for such a long time and after all this time, no surprise, the layaway gets cancelled. Im NEVER going to deal with her and I hope no one is stupid enough to trust her with their money. She's a liar and only thinks of herself, taking their money as a personal loan. This is why Ill never participate in a split or group order, too much fuckery going around. I hope she refunds the poor people she's tricked.

all of you are idiots, including marlychu. non-compete clauses say you can't work the exact same job in a certain distance. it doesn't keep her from moving out of reach of her non-compete clause and working in the same field. she just has to move. in other words, she's full of shit.

Person/people sending nearly identical confessions about marlychu - it's called a non-compete clause. Look it up. It prevents you from taking a job with a company that is a direct competitor of the one you left for some amount of time after you leave. They ARE enforceable in Canada (where marlychu lives), so long as their scope is clearly defined. So maybe she can still get a job somewhere, but not one that uses her degree and/or experience.

WTF MarlyChu?? You steal people's money to go on the holiday of a lifetime and now you mysteriously lose your job and conveniently can't apply for a new one for an entire year, leaving people still hanging. Your behaviour has been despicable throughout this trainwreck and I hope you take this as a lesson never to accept money from people ever again because you can't be trusted to use it for what it was intended! MarlyChu is a moron if she thinks people believe the spiel about losing a job and not being able to get another job afterwards because of company secrets. You sign a non-disclosure and that's the end of it, once you lose your job your contract is terminated and so does not apply, however data protection still does.

Wait, wait wait. Marlychu agreed to work for a company and signed something that said "when you no longer work for us, you can't work for anyone for 365"? Seriously?
