Got tagged by @hotchiwitchi ! I get weirdly anxious over questions so I will skip asking stuff from others, sorry;;;
1. How would you spend one perfect day? I’d wake up feeling rested and with my dog nestled up against my back. I would have no deadlines to work on. I’d feel content and happy as I cook something fresh for myself, read a good book and/or write/draw. I’d enjoy good tea that I either share or do not share with a friend. I’d not be bored for a minute and I’d go to sleep happy with the day’s work. I feel loved. I don’t dream big, ahahha. I means days travelling etc can be perfect but so can be very simple things, too.
2. What is your favourite kind of weather?
I love late winter where thr snow is still thick and beautiful blanket on the ground but it’s not dark all the time anymore and you can finally feel the sun warming your cheeks for tge first time after all the cold months. This usually means the weather starting around early to middle-ish March.
3. You can sit down for tea with anyone in the world. Who do you invite?
If she was alive, I’d answer Dianna Wynne Jones… But alas, she isn’t, so I’d go with Yuhki Kamatani (and a translator so that we could actually speak) because I love their work so dearly.
4. What’s the one storyline or plot you would most like to see covered in a TV show or videogame?
I think I honestly just want to see quuer characters doing unstereotypical things, having actual character growth and not being killed for shock value… But I especially want to see better lesbian representation and varietions of gender identity being explored on screen. Plotwise I draw a blank bc all the plots in my head are stuff I want to write :’D
5. If you could breathe underwater, would you want to explore the ocean?
Yes, definitely! You wouldn’t get me out of the water easily!
6. Would you rather have bionic legs or bionic arms?
Legs, but only because I need so many fine motor skills on my hands that I have learned with tears-blood-sweat. Tho my hands are in kinda shitty condition so hmm maybe I should think about this more.
7. What’s your dream holiday?
That is a hard question. I want to see a lot of new places and re-experience some others, and I think I want to travel for international convention someday.. And for me the trips taken to meet friends, the ones taken to sip coffee at small local coffee houses as I watch the locals wlak past to see a fraction of their lives, and the ones I’d take to see breathtaking nature are all just as important.
8. Do you have a favourite flower or plant?
Chickweed wintergreen. Or as we call it, ‘a forest star’.
9. A new discovery is about to be named in your honour, but what have they discovered?
A weird sub category of art/wriring styles, I’d assume!
10. Recommend a song/piece of music
‘Land of All - Woodkid ’ or if you wabt something catchy on cheerier, then ‘Genghis Khan - Miike Snow’.
11. What were you obsessed with as a kid?
