I have two very different fic ideas.

1. Cute art school one with the classic art student x nude model base, with some disability rep. Absolute fluff.

2. Missing person x voluntary searcher pairing, with possibly paranormal elements and double POV storytelling to reveal what happened to the missing person a few years before the searcher is tracking them.

But obviously I want to write jeanmarco and part of me is hesitant to write for quite a dead fandom - I am not beyond admitting that I live for reader feedback.

I will still probably write at least one of them now that I am finished with fixing Blue Suits, but I am not sure which one yet.

One would think that having just finished 203k fic I would be wise enough to stay away from writing fics for a little while (like I said I would), but I went and accidentally planned a bokuaka fic with ghost!Bokuto? Naturally, I was far too weak to resist the temptation so here I am. Consider this a preview. Full length version coming soon to your local AO3 searches.

Jeanmarco vampire!AU, rated mature, chapter 30/33

Chapter summary: “Wouldn’t it just be simplest to turn me?” Jean asked, voice serious and calm as he leant his chin onto his hands. “I mean, as a full vampire I would be completely useless for them, wouldn’t I?” Notes: In the fourth last chapter of this story, we learn more about the Titans and Jean’s parents’ past! So I wanted to fall. Fall.        And fall again.

Fly high              and have her catch me. A little story about falling and confessions on playground sand.

I.

We weren’t really happy, nor were we carefree, but there were times, nights over campfires when we forgot about cages and walls and how the titans’ dance as we laughed and we danced with our little feet.

II.

And I danced,    And I danced       And I danced till the morning lights A titan in a flesh of a girl, a girl in the flesh of a titan, a prey prey prey                                me                                     and her.

III.

And we danced, a girl and a titan, hand in hand with the sparks in the air and it smelled like wood and fire and her

and I didn’t want to devour her as a titan but as a        human                   girl And I wanted her to devour me, devour my soul, devour me and suffocate the titan in me.

IV.

I danced and             she danced and there was a titan hidden in the shadows between us and the flickering flames.

Prompt where Jean is hesitant about telling Marco "I love you" not because he's scared of accepting that he's gay, but because he wants to be sure and the first time he says it, it comes by surprise. Like (part 1)

The first time Jean finds himself muttering those three words wasn’t when he had expected; it wasn’t after a kiss, or when they made love, or in altar side by side in the future; it was in the shadow of an oak tree as he watched Marco dancing between the drying sheets, low hum of a song on his lips and sparks of light caught on his coal hair as he looked up to Jean with a smile, making those eight letters illuminate on his chest, sliding off lips in a whisper, I love you.

Ymir never liked to speak about pretty things like butterflies, her mouth full of reek and rust; death and horror, yet, she spoke of Krista with warmth, never ending words of adoration caressing her lips into a soft smile at the name of the goddess girl.

When Jean looks down, he sees stars, constellations embracing the freckled chest his trembling fingers so gingerly trace; galaxy wide dot to dot embroidered onto Marco's ribcage, stars fluttering alive with the boy's little gasps of breath; love, & lust.
