I was admitted to the hospital Nov 30 for Graph vs Host Disease (GVHD). My marrow transplant was Aug 11. I may be here well past New Year's.

Things are going as well as they can, meaning I haven't kicked the bucket yet. My main problem is that my gut is attacking me, making nutrition absorption a very big deal atm.

The docs tell me this absolutely can't be rushed, so much patience is required. I'm kinda back on solid food, as long as I can mash it up with my toothless gums.

I haven't journaled in a long time. I'm hoping it helps.
