If you were still curious, I think the white part in the second flag uses a somewhat recolored (lighter) portion of the Childe: Foul Legacy namecard and additional assets from elsewhere for the sun and stars! The namecard features his mask with a banner to the left of it, and if you view the full namecard, the white portion may have been taken from the bottom left of the banner part and then had the celestial bodies overlaid. Hope this helps!
