He supported the Iraq War, and worked as the VP during Obama’s second term (when those concentration camps for migrants were built)

He is obviously declining mentally.

Not only does all of this mean Trump will easily beat him, but Biden running is the only way Trump (the incumbent president) can portray himself as an outsider against the political establishment.
