I’m Jane Audron. You can call me Jane or Linx. Semi-freelance artist and just like making art in general. Working on several projects which include a few game and comic ideas. I do warn I can sometimes be sporadic with my interests/fixations so posting gets a bit weird.

This is an adult space due to the content of my work, and if you’re under 18 do not follow. You will be soft blocked once. Repeat offenders will be hard blocked.

Annoyances/Spammers/Etc. will also be blocked.

And some don't fall into the above. Sometimes Tumblr keeps spamming me youy content and I have no interest. No offense, just don't vibe, but blocking is the only solution until they make a mute function or "stop recommending" option.

Also, sometimes you get hit when I'm taking care of bots. Tumblr gets a little glitchy. Sorry. You can send a message via my Straw.page if you think you've been wrongly blocked.

I’d never thought I’d ever have to update my TOS to say removing my signature is non-negotiable on the clean version(not watermarked) of the work…

#have not update the TOS yet and need to do a lot of updates and changes anyway #have to do that in the future #like I give my clients a (heavily) watermarked version AND a clean one #twitter discourse but looks like the offender just likes causing problems #like I don’t mind changing the signature to something smaller and more hidden #I already do that and like put it in more than one place 😂

we need to instill a new storytelling rule of thumb into people called "show don't tweet" where we encourage them to put all pertinent canon information into the actual story and its official supplemental material instead of using reddit AMAs as lore dlcs

Well, throw out is a strong word. Just going to put some ideas in storage for future add-ons. Had too much bloat. Really taking that advice of start small and with strongly set limitations to avoid ballooning again.

PSA about custom themes!!

The popular icon family "cappuccicons" was abandoned a while back. More recently (within the past few months), the website that hosted it vanished. Even more recently (within the past few weeks or days) that website has been taken over / replaced, and blogs that use cappuccicons are now redirecting people to shady sites with a risk of malware.

To check if your blog or pages have been affected, just go to your true desktop blog: [blogname].tumblr.com (mine is memento-morri-writes.tumblr.com). If it loads normally, you're fine! If it starts redirecting you elsewhere (aka, if you see the address in the address bar change), close the tab immediately!

Fear not!! It's an easy fix! If your blog is affected, you just need to open the code of your blog or page theme and delete this line:

As for replacing your missing icons (which would have been missing for weeks/months anyways), it's very simple, even if you have no coding experience! It essentially boils down to 1) Find a set of icons (I've used Phosphor and FontAwesome.), 2) copy the provided script into the top of your page/blog code (where you deleted the cappuccicons script from), and then 3) replacing the icon names in the code with the names of whatever icons you want from your chosen icon family.
