I figured out I’m allergic to a certain marker. I figured this out while teaching my self defense class. I was writing down each step so they could follow it, I wrote it on a white board. My head instructor just got new markers and so when I started writing I started sneezing.....It didn’t stop till I blew my nose at the end of the day which was two hours later. Only reason I waited was because we don’t have any tissues in our martial arts studio and so I didn’t wanna use the paper towels because they hurt. So I just dealt with the sneezing in my other two classes. It was torture to not sneeze during our ‘creed’ we say during each practice. My nose would run but not awfully thank god. My students would ask if I was okay periodically after a fit or two. Lets just say I almost got another concussion because we were fighting with weapons. My friend had a bat and I had a wooden knife. My friend swung at me, but I sneezed and made my self fall on my butt. Honestly I’ll take the concussion than fall on my butt^^
