I need to get back to practising a sport. The gym alone doesn't make me motivated to stay active, I need something else.I'm thinking of going to a free trial kick boxing or boxing class. I really like judo and i'm going to continue doing it but I want to try something else. I looked at the membership price of a gym and it's a little bit high for me but it includes a gym a pool and access to 6 disciplines wich are boxing, kick boxing, jiu-jitsu-mma, muay thai, aikido, krav maga. I feel like it would motivate me more especially that it's on my way from and to school and that there's already a gym and pool there so after my classes, I could relax and do some laps in the pool or do a little lifting.
