Rey is a tinkerer who loves to sink her teeth into a good puzzle. Good thing then that solving one puzzle always inevitably leads to finding something more to solve.

The one where Rey decides she's going to beat the world record for the fastest solve of the Rubik's cube and meets the enigma Ben Solo at the competition who, though obviously talented, has no interest in competing, or really in the competition at all.

Rey came to the competition to solve a puzzle, and that's just what she plans to do.

Sooooo, I started writing something and I'm really excited about it! It's my first honest attempt at a multi-chap fic! I really want to get more into the writing scene, so this is my new project!!! I have the overall story completely mapped out and I'm hoping to be able to update regularly, probably once a week. I'm excited to see this come about and I'm excited to take y'all on the journey with me! If it sounds like your kinda story (and even if it doesn't) I'd love it if you could give my little fic a read and share it with anyone you think might like it!

I’m cackling at the chapter I just wrote for Supreme Hottie.... unfortunately, it’s not the next chapter in the fic tho (I couldn’t help myself so I skipped ahead to write it) so I can’t even post it yet, but I’m literally feeling so great about it? Because it’s so funny? The freaking nerve of this whole premise, I swear. Also, I read like this amazing Reylo AU fic on Monday called Disconnect where Kylo and Rey are rivaling YouTube celebrities and it was absolutely amazing. It’s some 70k words and it made me laugh so much and gave me some serious inspiration/ideas for my Supreme Hottie fic, so, seriously, go read that, it’s super adorable. 

I want to get the actual chapter 3 for SH finished so I can post it soon, so hopefully I have enough time (and discipline oops) to write some more before my next class and I can maybe have it done and ready to post by tonight?

Agh. So I'm writing this one-shot and it's going great, but I cannot figure out how to write the ending. This is probably my biggest problem. I have a hard time thinking of events to take place in my fics so that the plot can move forward and make the characters react. Or, if I do think of plot points, I don't know if they're good enough or stupid. BUT the fic I'm writing is crack, so, maybe I should go with the kinda crazy idea I have and stop trying to make everything so perfect. Okay. I'll do it. It's going to be absurd and very possibly super ooc (honestly what do you expect in crack?), but I think it'll get me to the end of the story and maybe by then some of the character drama toing on can be resolved too. Okay. Yes. That is what I will do.

Get ready for this, guys. This fic is already almost 5k, and with this scene I'm thinking of to end it, the whole thing will probably be closer to 6k or 7k. Idk. It depends. But yeah. Hopefully I'll have it done tonight and I can finally post it. Haha.
