Steve Rogers in Doomsday

I love Steve, I truly do. His movies are some of the best in the MCU to date. His characterization and arc was amazing (excluding his finale). I truly love Steven Grant Rogers .

That said, he should have stayed in the past. Bringing him back opened an entire Pandora’s box of issues that honestly ruin a lot of things.

I understand Thor being a main character in DD, he is a powerhouse that despite the blunders of TLAT has had a really solid character arc that remains unfinished.

But Steve? He died in TFATWS. That was supposed to be the end.

To not only bring him back but make him a main character ruins not only his arc but SAM FUCKING WILSON’S.

BECAUSE LETS TALK FOR A MINUTE ABOUT THE ABSOLUTE DISRESPECT THEY HAVE SUBJECTED THAT MAN TO.

First they give him his first solo movie and it is a B tier at most (and that is coming from someone who enjoyed it), that was clearly done last minute with a billion edits and not enough time dedicated to the script.

Then they ruin the character development of his relationship with Bucky and sideline him in the creation of the New Avengers when him creating the new group was a plot line established in CABNW and HIS FUCKING RIGHT as Captain America but no let’s make VALENTINA.

A FUCKING VILLAIN be the one to do it and have Bucky (Sam’s best friend) do NOTHING about it.

(you could also add how there is basically almost no merch of Sam as Cap but that is another can of worms)

And NOW they are bringing STEVE BACK AND SIDELINING SAM?!?!

Be fucking for real.

I am mad, furious at how Sam is getting treated.

I truly understand why Thor is the one doing the speech but that doesn’t erase the horribly bitter taste in my mouth.

I truly hope Sam gets his flowers and the respect he deserves.

Don’t get me wrong the Billy Maximoff stuff is cool and i’m fine with it if Agatha all along plot is Billy trying to get his mom back but Marvel please do not keep Billy just tied to his mother Billy character in the comics is so much more then being Wanda kid he does so much other stuff outside of his ties to his mom please Marvel don’t mess up this character 🙏🙏

I highly doubt that he’ll be in it, but I desperately want to see Spider-Man/Peter in Daredevil: Born Again. Idgaf if he’s there for a few seconds or a few episodes I just need to see Peter or Spider-Man interacting with any of the characters.

An interaction I would love to see is like where in some fanfics Matt just randomly sees Peter after the whole nwh thing but doesn’t remember cuz of the spell and asks “Do I know you?” And Peter attempts to lie but Matt knows that he’s not telling the truth cuz of his heartbeat but doesn’t pry. That would be absolutely amazing to watch. Or if Daredevil meets Spider-Man while they’re both out on patrol and Peter recognizes his voice but doesn’t say anything abt it. Would also find it absolutely hilarious if Peter met Frank I would die immediately. I just need Peter to meet or talk to any of the characters I will literally do ANYTHING to see them. Also Marvel PLEASE bring Team Red to the big screen or put them in a show I’m BEGGING u I need to see Wade, Matt, and Peter all together it would be an absolute hit.
