For the finale of my first 10-episode set of Voltron videos, I'm doing something a little bit differently. As part of my efforts to get people to appreciate the craft and thought that the writers and showrunners put into this series, I've wanted to show people just how much the crew built upon the previous iterations of the franchise. So despite this video being a month and a half later than I planned to release it, I hope you all enjoy this two-and-a-half hour deep dive into the previous iterations of Voltron and (some of) the ways that it influenced the storytelling of Legendary Defender
