So my family and I were on our way home from Walmart (picking up presents for my aunt's wedding shower tomorrow) and got on the topic of the difference between anti heroes and anti villians.
So I had looked up examples of anti heroes/ villians and on the anti heroes list Batman was on there. My dad and I are our family resident superhero nerds, he prefers Marvel and I prefer DC. But he pointed out that Batman isn't really a anti hero because he has his code that he refuses to cross, his whole no killing rule. And because anti heroes will do whatever it takes to do good, even killing, Batman isn't really an antihero, he's more hero even though he's called a vigilante. And I pointed out that going by that logic Jason Todd/Red Hood then is a anti hero because he does kill.
Though I pointed out that the only reason that Bruce is considered a vigilante in the first place is because he is working outside the law or just not with the police force. Dad had said though he does work closely with the police force, namely Gordon Ramsay.
We all paused and started laughing and dad was like wait no- that's the chief right? I corrected him and said Commissioner Gordon.
I thought it was funny so I thought I'd share with y'all 🤷🏻♂️

"Aw isn't she just so cute!". Wanda says as she looks at the photos Pepper was showing everyone of the Daddy Daughter Dance Tony went to with Morgan. Different Avengers stood around as Pepper showed them the photos. Having only came to drop something off but now was showing off the pictures after Nat asked about the dance.
As the pictures are being shared around in comes Steve Bucky , Sam and Y/n from training. "I'm just saying, I was just going easy on you." Sam said trying to act all tough. The other three just laugh shaking their heads at him. Bucky threw his arm around Y/ns neck. "Oh please just admit Y/n kicked your ass.". Sam crossed his arms pouting. Y/n rolled her eyes as she pushed Bucky off of her. She turns brightening up as they come into the common area where Pepper was showing the pictures around.
"Pepper!". Y/n pulled her in for a hug. Pepper smiled kissing her check. "Oh look I haven't gotten to show you yet. Here the pictures From the Daddy Daughter Dance Tony took Morgan to.". Y/n smiled as she looked over the pictures. "Aw she looks so cute. I knew that dress was the right one. Did she have fun?". Y/n asked looking at the pictures of her little sister. Her heart swelling seeing her so happy. "Oh she had a blast , she hasn't stopped talking about it since they got back.". "Aw, I'll have to take her on a girls day so she can tell me all about it.". Pepper agree saying that Morgan would love that. especially as she has been asking to hang out with her big sister.
"Y/n did you ever go to a Daddy Daughter Dance?". Wanda asked Y/n. Who looked up at her take back a little. "oh , no. I never got to go to one.". "Really? Tony never took you to one?". Nat asked teasing. Y/n shook her head. "I mean me and Tony didn't even know about one another for most of my life. And when I finally got away from that group and did meet Tony till I was just going into my teen years. At that point I was a little too old from them. Plus I won't have gone anyways has mine and my Dads relationship wasn't that good till after he meet Pepper.". Y/n says looking at Pepper who smiles at her. Remember when she first met the young teen girl who was son confused about this new life she was in. And Tony the playboy who wasn't use to having this kind of responsibility. But over time their relationship strengthened. Especially thanks to Pepper as Tony always asked her for help to bond with Y/n.
Tony watched from the side. Watching at Y/n. He never really thought about the Daddy Daughter Dance for Y/n. Over the years and especially after having Morgan he realized how much he missed with Y/n. He has tried to make everything up to her as he can. No matter how much she told him it was fine and she was just happy to have him in her life now. As the others keep talking , an idea pops into Tony's head. He slips away from the group as he pulls his phone out. Making a few calls.

Y/n sighed as she looked in the mirror putting on her earrings. Finishing up her outfit. Not very excited tonight. For some reason her Dad decided to randomly throw a gala/ Ball party thing for the Avengers. Y/n wasn't really sure exactly what it was. Having not really payed attention as all she heard was Party. She hated these kinds of things. As they normal aren't just the Avengers. But also many celebrities' and Government people. Y/n hated them all as they all tend to be so fake. Overly trying to impressed her. She would rather be laying in bed reading a book or even cuddled up with her favorite super soldier watching old movies.
Y/n did a once over herself once before heading out. Meeting Steve at her door as he was coming to get her. He stopped , smiling as he sees her. About to say something when he stopped. His eyes running over her body. "Wow..." was all he was able to get out as he stared at her. Y/n giggled softly as she closer to him. Gently lifting his chin to make him close his mouth. Steve chuckled after snapping out of it. "You look amazing.". "Thank you, You look very handsome.". Y/n said taking in Steve's form in the dressed up suit. He looked good. He smirked at her before holding his arm out for her to take. "Ready to go?". Y/n took his arm as they start walking to where the gala party was being held. "As ready as I'll ever be"
The gala went on. Everyone having a good time dancing , drink and mingling. Y/n stood next to Steve as his arm rest around her waist. As they listen and laugh as Nat tells them about the mission her Bucky , Clint and Sam got back from. In which Sam flew into a tree and got stuck. Only to be interrupted by the sound of glass clinking to get everyone's attention.
They all turn to see Tony standing on the stage where the band was. Holding a microphone as he got everyone's attention. Y/n looked around suspicious as everyone, the avengers, around her started to smile big. Looking back and forth between her and her father. Something was up.
"Thank you everyone who has come tonight. As you should all know I'm Tony Stark. This is not just any party for the Avengers. In fact this is a dance dedicated to someone very special to me." Y/ns face crunches softly confused what as happening. She looked towards Steve as she felt him gently squeeze her side. He looked down at her smiling as they turn back to Tony as he keeps talking. "You see, most of you know I'm a dad to three amazing kids. One of which is not actually mine but he might as well be.". Tony Jokes softly as he looks towards Peter. "I also have two amazing little girls. One of which is not so much of a little girl anymore. You see I did get to really be in the life of my eldest child's life. Due to this I missed many amazing things with them. So much stuff that I will never get to recreate with them. But I will try my best too. And this dance is one of those things. So this if I could call my daughter Y/n to the dance floor so we could share a daddy daughter dance.".
Y/n stood shocked as she watch Tony hand the mic off and step off the stage to the middle of the dance floor. Y/n was frozen still till she left someone gently push her towards the dance floor. Making her finally move closer to her father. Who held his hand out smiling at her. As soon as she took his hand the band started to play a soft song as they danced around the dance floor. Tears stung Y/ns eyes as she looked at her dad. "Dad, you didn't have to do any of this.". Tony softly smiled at her. "Yes I did. Your my princess. You deserve the best. I meant what I said. I would do anything and everything for you.". Y/n smiled sniffling as she rested her face on his shoulder. "You being my dad is enough.". Tony smiled as he held her close as they danced on. Even as others slowly started to join. They paid no mind to them as they danced. In that moment one one else mattered. Only them two and their father daughter bond.
