Xiumin with a Marymond hat! Marymond conducts campaigns and donates 50% of operating profits and all profits from campaign products towards helping solve problems involving the victims of sexual slavery by the Japanese Imperial Army during WWII, and towards child abuse. These are considered their first and second companions and part of Marymond’s donation fund is used for providing life and medical expenses for these companions.
The front of Xiumin’s hat says “You are precious and beautiful today” and the back says “I Marymond you.” Marymond is a combination of the words mariposa and almond. “Like butterflies that accentuate the vitality of flowers in full bloom, Marymond will continue shining light on stories of human dignity that must not be forgotten. We derived our flower patterns from the life stories of victims of military sexual slavery by Japan during WWII. Our almond tree pattern symbolizes our hopes to help victims of child abuse.”
