He sang you to sleep last night so right before you woke up in the morning he started again from where he left off when you feel asleep. “Did you sleep well?” He couldn’t believe how wonderful it felt to wake up next to you. He held you in his arms and you guys cuddled in bed as he continued to sing to you. “/When I try to show you this/Song is meant to keep you/From doin' what you're supposed to/Wakin' up too early/Maybe we could sleep in/Make you banana pancakes/Pretend like its the weekend now/We could pretend it all the time/Can't you see that it's just rainin'/There ain't no need to go outside/.”

Pretended to still be asleep right before you woke up. Just to see what you would do “when”/ if you woke up first. He loved the domesticity of waking next to you and feeling comfy and soft inside. Half way through of you probably just staring at him lovingly as he “slept”, he immediately opened his eyes awkwardly not knowing what to do as a whole 30 minutes had gone by, suddenly saying, “I’m so sorry I’ve been awake for 2 hours already, I just didn’t know what to do.”

He woke up first. Seeing you lay next to him filled him with joy. He felt he was truly finally living the life he deserved. And it was all because of you. He got up and cooked you breakfast at the speed of light and though it may have been a bit messy, he rushed just so he could lay back in bed next to you before you woke up. When you did wake up he greeted you and presented you with a tray of your most favorite breakfast foods. “Oh this? Woke up like this. Food was already magically cooked, don’t know how it happened.”*shrugs*

He is the sunshine that woke you up. You could practically feel the warmth of his sunshine smile so strongly that it still woke you up from the deepest sleep you’ve ever had in your life. When you opened your eyes, you were nearly blinded by his brightness as he adorably smiled at you. He was just so happy to see you next to him. The brightness was so overpowering, you fell out of bed and he rushed to your side, leaning over the mattress. “Wakey wakey sunshine time and bakey.”

You woke up first. You tried to make yourself look more “presentable” for your boyfriend. You know, get rid of any dirt in your eyes, wake your skin up a bit, hydrate your lips. You waited there for probably up to an hour until you realized he wasn’t going to get up any time soon. Even. When. He. Was. Already. Awake. You shook him, knowing he was already awake but too “lazy” to actually get up. “Wake TF UP ITS MORNING YOU DRIED PIECE OF TOAST”. A smile slowly grew on his face as he kept his place on the bed.
