DISH// plays Word Wolf from their own homes! Guess who the wolf is?

I had the DISH// Word Wolf Game videos subbed and uploaded in my previous YouTube channel, but that channel's already deleted 😅 I didn't realize until very recently that I haven't reposted these yet, so I'll share them here today! 😆 Not sure if this is worth mentioning, but I added a few changes and improvements to the subs. "Recently I’ve been thinking… A while back, or more like ever since, my singing voice has been bad. That’s why I’d usually have a few worries right before a live performance.

'Will today turn out fine?'

'Can I do it?'

Despite worrying so much, when I get onstage everyone is there. Just like how To-i called out [to everyone] just now... I realized that I’m not living my life all by myself. That I don’t have to carry everything on my own. I truly believe so.

We each have our families. We have our siblings. We have our friends. We have our lovers… I did say this in the middle of a song earlier, but if ever there are those who think that they’re alone... That’s not true, I must say. It’s exactly what I’m experiencing right now.

To be honest, I thought I was going to collapse.

To be honest, I was on the verge of collapsing during today’s live.

That’s how fired up I was. That’s how much I wanted to respond to everyone.

The postponement last August was certainly because of me. I ended up making everybody wait so I felt that I had to respond somehow (through singing). As a result, I did so until I had only “1 HP” left in me. I was at that point and yet I was seeing everyone in front of me… being so enthusiastic. Each and every one of your expressions I could see clearly.

That moment saved me. It saved my band mates as well.

Living can be painful, after all. It can be difficult. And because of that, there’s so much to worry about.

But in the end… It’s wonderful! Life is.

Living is wonderful.

Singing is wonderful.

The fact that there’s tomorrow is also wonderful. And that… Is because you’re part of it.

If you believe that being able to support DISH// is “The best”, I’m glad about that too.

The same applies to everyone. The fact that there is tomorrow... Isn’t that the greatest? Isn’t living such a wonderful thing?

The next time we meet... The next time we see you guys, please show us those smiles again.

We too, until that time comes, will live looking forward to each and every day. Let’s see each other again with these smiles."

"The '10-year history of DISH//' isn't all bliss. There were a lot of setbacks, but at the same time there was as much laughter. The 10 years were a mixture of such.

We weren't even a band at first. It was from there when we thought, "We want to become a band", so we learned our instruments seriously. But it was no good. We tried, and yet it was no good. Daichi joined us, and it still wasn't enough. Despite having gone through all that, I think there are a number of things from back then that we want to go back to. Nevertheless, we're simply people who love being a band that loves music. Simply because there are people who support self-indulgent guys like us that we are blessed beyond compare. There are people who accompany DISH// despite us being willful. There's no way to express how grateful we are, which is why we wish to repay your kindness through the music and lyrics we create. As such, even after another 10 years, when we'll be 36 or 34--though I presume that we'll still be as self-indulgent as ever--the one thing that will never change is our feeling of wanting to convey something to all of you.

When we became a band of four, we had a talk about changing the name "DISH//" as a way of moving forward with a different, or new setup.

"No. I think it is only right that we continue as DISH//". "Even if we went from four to five [members], then from five back to four, we will always be DISH//". A bandmate said that. Which is true. We had to keep moving forward.

Because of that day, the present exists. We did a song for that fresh start, thus we started again. With your support, I believe that we've all moved forward together. That's why the present exists, and tomorrow will be another day."

Takumi Kitamura's beginnings and growth as an actor and musician, and life with his friends and family are openly talked about in the talk show A-Studio.

☆ Trivia: This is actually the very first video I've attempted to sub way back two years ago 😅 The attempt was mainly so that I'd know what they were talking about, since I wanted to know Takumi better. I shelved it unfinished knowing how very limited my translation and subbing skills were at that time. Admiring Takumi so much, I'd feel bad if I released a show about his life story very poorly subbed. 😆 

I was clearing up space for my laptop the other day and thank heavens I came across this subbing project again 'cause I realized my growth and improvement as a DISH// fansubber 🥲 I would never have decided to be one if I hadn't encountered Takumi and DISH//. Also, I wouldn't still be one today if not for my co-fans' and friends' kind support! Thank you all so so much! ❤ 

And of course, I'm glad that I was able to work on this again, this time with a bit more confidence, because I finally finished it! I can finally share it with everyone! Yay! 🥳
